The most vibrant place at Pine Cliffs Resort has returned this year, and came bearing new culinary concepts that have been delighting everyone. Open to the public, and not only to resort’s guests, MIMO Algarve is the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy different gastronomic experiences in one place.
During the day, MIMO Algarve functions as an Espresso Bar, where it is possible to find artisan pastries and signature coffees. At the Gourmet Shop you’ll find new local products by ‘Vale do Freixo’ that showcase and promote the region, such as teas, jams, honey and olive oil, amongst others. And this year, they have also launched their first craft beer – ‘Falésia’.
The Culinary Experiences are also back and the perfect setting for those who want to get hands-on and learn new techniques, or simply have fun improving their gastronomic knowledge. Both children and adults can learn the history and origin of dishes, having the opportunity to prepare and taste them. Amongst the workshops available you’ll find pastries, plant-based food, codfish demystified, brunch icons or even cataplana.
In the evening, the Lemon Square gets even more alive, with the Wines & Tapas area, devoted to tasting some of the best Algarve wines and tapas on the outdoor terrace. And with the celebration of Pine Cliffs Resort’s 30th anniversary underway, the news and surprises are far from ending! Some of the most renowned national Chefs have celebrated the resort’s anniversary with unique and exclusive dinners. The initiative took place between July and August, but its success determined that the Chef’s Table at MIMO would continue, but now inside MIMO Algarve, in a more intimate format.
In addition to all this, MIMO Algarve’s products have become available on Uber Eats, extending to the entire area of Albufeira and Vilamoura the possibility to taste and experience MIMO Algarve’s best offers, without leaving the comfort of one’s home.
