Amendoeira hosted round two of the new Mid Week League on October 27 and PDF made it two wins out of two by beating the Alvor Aces 67-17 and collecting eight points to two.
Also unbeaten are Valverde, who managed a close run victory over Albufeira by 37-34 and by eight points to two. The third match saw hosts Amendoeira lose out to the Alvor Diamonds 37-26 and again by eight points to two.
PDF and Valverde have 14 points each, followed by Albufeira and Alvor Diamonds both with eight points. Amendoeira and Alvor Aces are locked together in the basement with two points apiece. Round three takes place in two weeks time at Albufeira on November 10.
