Michelin starred chefs from across Portugal are taking part in a Rota das Estrelas (route of the stars) programme with Hans Neuner from the Ocean Restaurant at Vila Vita Parc teaming up with Albano Lourenço from Quinta das Lágrimas in Coimbra to present a special menu on May 28 and 29.
Chef Ulrich Heimann from the Intercontinental Berchtesgarden Resort will also be joining the chefs in preparing the special seven course menu which includes Atlantic red mullet, Black Angus beef and Spareribs of black pork.
The meal costs €180 per person and includes wine, water and coffees.
