FUGITIVE IRISH lawyer Michael Lynn has pulled out of appearing as a witness in the High Court via a video link for the second time, according to the Irish Times.
The rogue lawyer had been due to give evidence this week after rescheduling his previous appearance because of illness.
According to the Irish Times, Michael Lynn left a message at the offices of solicitor Ray Murphy to say he would be unable to give evidence.
It is now believed that Michael Lynn is unlikely to give any evidence in the multi million euro case of Brian Cunningham against First Active.
The case is to now continue without the input of Michael Lynn.
