THIS WEEKEND (August 20-21) sees the hosting of the fourth edition of ‘Artes e Sabores da Nossa Terra’, a traditional fair entitled ‘Arts and Flavours of Our Land’, at the Mexilhoeira Grande Church in the Portimão borough.
This is an excellent opportunity to discover some of the area’s traditional produce and typical handicrafts. Meanwhile, moving onto regional flavours, the fair will include a vast range of traditional sweets and stands from local honey producers. Visitors to the fair will also be able to enjoy musical entertainment from Portuguese performers. Entrance is free and the fair is open between 6pm and midnight.
