MEP Paulo Rangel, also vice president of both Portugal’s PSD party and the EPP Group in the European parliament, is among the latest politicians to visit Ukraine. He will be in Kyiv, Bucha and Irpin over the next two days, to witness the reconstruction underway and make contact with various levels of government.
