Vilamoura Meetings, a new project by four of the Algarve’s top five star hotels, was launched earlier this month at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura hotel.
With the new project, organisers of large events and meetings can benefit from a privileged partnership between the Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort, The Lake Spa Resort, the Tivoli Victoria and the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, which houses the Algarve Convention Centre.
During the presentation of the project, Jorge Beldade, director of the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura, said: “Vilamoura Meetings was created with the purpose of making the most of the commercial network of hotels.”
The partnership provides access to 1,300 luxury hotel rooms and a vast offer of spaces for meetings, equipped with the latest technology.
An example is the Algarve Convention Centre which has 17 meeting rooms with a capacity for between 20 and 1,300 people. It also has a variety of modern equipment that allows the rooms to host a plethora of events ranging from cinema sessions to concerts, meetings and shows as well as an events coordinator on hand to assist with all special requests.
The project also includes partnership with other companies such as Eurologistix, Events Wizz, Geoexplorer and XPTO, to offer clients a full package of events services.
