Algarve Women’s Business Network (AWBN) will be meeting in Faro on January 29 for a networking meeting.
The event, from 6pm to 8.30pm, will take place at Club Farense (Santo António Street – Faro downtown) and will be an opportunity to meet other businesswomen working in the region.
There will be an inspirational lecture, in Portuguese and English, where attendees will learn how to achieve their goals. Afterwards there will be time for networking.
The new team, responsible for organising the group activities, has four women with different backgrounds, from marketing and advertising, to health life coaching and sports or even gastronomy. The team: Cláudia Fonseca, Lisa Sabino, Manuela Sabino and Sónia Rodrigues will be promoting the group but also helping women who want to organise a AWBN meeting.
One of the goals of AWBN is supporting social causes. For this event AWBN will ask the attendees to support Associação Partilhas, which is a non-profit organisation that helps cancer patients and their families.
