A meeting has been arranged for business owners and residents of Carvoeiro to be able to air their views and make suggestions about possible solutions to problems in the town.
From parking issues to vandalism, the new road layout to the funding of events, the meeting will allow concerned members of the community to make their views heard to the newly formed Carvoeiro Commission.
The meeting is due to take place on March 9 at the Sociedade on Rua dos Pescadores from 8.30pm and is open to anyone in the community to attend.
Meanwhile, the petition created by the commission, primarily regarding the parking situation and road layout, has been handed into Lagoa Câmara with more than 400 signatures. The commission is now waiting for a reply to the proposals from officials at the Câmara.
