PAUL MCKAY, Resident contributor and author of the soon-to-be-released book, A Year in Monchique, will be holding two book signing sessions on Saturday, December 20.
In the morning, Paul will be at the Griffin Bookshop in Almancil, from 11am to 1pm, and an afternoon session is planned at Algarve Bookworms in Albufeira from 2pm to 5pm.
If you would like to meet the man behind the hilarious ‘A Month in Monchique’ column in The Resident as well as getting your copy of the book signed, this is your opportunity.
Linda Taylor Gonçalves from the Griffin Bookshop will be delighted
to welcome everyone to her shop where drinks will be served, while
Lesley Frazer from Algarve Bookworms says Father Christmas will also be making an appearance on the day. A post box will be available at the shop for the little ones to post their letters to Santa.
“We will then send them to the North Pole and Santa will send his reply back to us within two days,” says Lesley.
