The Lyra duo will be performing a voice and harp concert on August 8 at the Convento S. José in Lagoa at 9.30pm.
Lyra is the result of the work performed by Carla Pontes (soprano) and Helena Madeira (harpist, singer and songwriter), who will be presenting an intimate concert, “where the heavenly voice and the softness and beauty of the harp will lead the audience to travel through time”.
Traditional medieval melodies from Portugal, Spain and Ireland are among Lyra’s musical repertoire.
The concert, organised by Ideias do Levante, costs €8 per person.
