Reaching-out initiatives are being promoted by Albufeira Câmara, with the mayor available to meet with members of the public at local parish councils. The initiative is aimed at decentralising local power and reaching out to citizens. Today (February 22) mayor José Carlos Rolo will be at the Junta de Freguesia de Olhos de Água.
