Martin’s E-Bike, a company specialising in the rental and sale of electric bicycles, is going to reopen its revamped shop in Almancil on Saturday, April 30.
The reopening will take place between 11am and 1pm and is open to anyone who wants a first-hand look at the store’s renovated and expanded premises on Avenida Duarte Pacheco.
The store was set up by Dutchman Martin van den Hoek after “exploring the Algarve from one end to the other” on an E-Bike and becoming “absolutely sure it is the ideal means of transportation to discover the Algarve’s hidden secrets, which are often inaccessible by car”.
Martin E-Bikes sells and rents several brands of bikes, including Victoria, Conway, Haibike, Klever, Vogue, Sensa, and Bizobike.
It also boasts a multi-lingual team who speak Portuguese, German, Dutch, English and French.
