Maré at Pine Cliffs, a beach restaurant at Albufeira’s Praia da Falésia part of the Pine Cliffs Resort, has reopened after extensive renovations and is promising a “new beach experience”.
The restaurant has unveiled a new top floor called ‘Sundeck’ with a “fantastic view of the beach” where clients can enjoy “light meals and refreshing drinks and cocktails”.
There are also Balinese beds (comfortable outdoor daybeds) and normal sunbeds for clients to rest while enjoying the new Beach Butler service, “a luxurious and care-free beachside experience”.
A new menu has also been created by executive chef João Alves who focused on the ‘tastes of the sea’ with dishes such as octopus salad, crab salad, Algarve-style gazpacho with crab and a variety of fresh fish.
“We want our clients to enjoy an unforgettable Algarvean gastronomic experience,” he said. “We use fresh and local products, mostly fish and seafood, the inspiration for this new menu.”
Maré at Pine Cliffs is open every day from 9am to 10pm until the end of October.
