Still in Poland today on an official visit, President Marcelo has been given the ‘green light’ by all Portugal’s parliamentary groups, except PCP communists, to travel to Ukraine, albeit no dates have been announced. It seems most likely that the country’s head of State will be received in Kyiv between now and next Friday.
