A man has been condemned to eight months behind bars for masturbating in front of GNR police agents in Ericeira.
The incident took place in April 2017, reports tabloid Correio da Manhã, and followed a “conflict” with the man’s former partner.
The man – described as having a “string of convictions for disobedience and insults” – hoped to overturn the ruling of a lower court, but appeal court judges upheld his sentence.
