Strangely called “magical night”, it means to get people walking and even running by 6.12am on June 24.
Tavira’s summer walk/run event, which follows the St John celebrations the night before, will involve a 6km route starting at Praça da República, then moving on to Quatro Águas before making its way back to the starting line through Convento das Bernardas, Estação da CP and Avenida Dr. Mateus Teixeira de Azevedo.
It is open to anyone over the age of 12. Admission is free.
