Another great-little-Portugal roadshow is taking place this week, this time in Madrid where Minister for the Economy Pires de Lima is trying to attract new investors. Likely candidates have included organisations like Iberdrola, Telefónica, Grupo Santander, BBVA, Repsol, El Corte Inglès, Grupo Antolín and the Spanish business confederation. Pires de Lima’s slogan for the show will be: “I believe 2014 will be the first growth year for investment in Portugal”. This is the fifth roadshow of its kind. Next stop is Paris.
