MADELEINE MCCANN’S fourth birthday was celebrated last Saturday, May 12.
Her parents, Gerry and Kate, tried to remain positive while celebrating the day in a villa away from the apartment, but still reportedly in Praia da Luz.
Balloons with attached messages were sent up from the McCanns’ home town, Rothley in Leicester – a fitting way to celebrate the birthday of a missing little girl. Meanwhile in the Algarve, a local fair played Happy Birthday for Madeleine in Portuguese.
