Madeira drops mask-wearing rule for users of public transport

While the Portuguese mainland has decided to err on the side of caution, authorities in Madeira have accepted that levels of Covid infection have indeed fallen to the point that there is no reason for people to wear masks on public transport. Will the mainland follow?
