Made-in-Algarve movie screens in Berlin

The Right Juice, the first English language feature film shot and set in the Algarve, will be screening at the popular Berlin Independent Film Festival (BIFF) in Germany on February 7.

It is yet another international festival that features the colourful comedy-drama, four months after its packed-premiere at Faro’s municipal theatre after which it went on national release.

The screening is scheduled for 5.30pm. Director Kristjan Knigge will be onstage afterwards for a Q&A session.

BJ Boulter, the movie’s producer, says it would be “fun” if there were some people from Portugal and the Algarve in the audience.
