SILVES BOMBEIROS are facing financial difficulties as three of their ambulances have broken down and they do not have the funds to have them fixed.
Part of the reason for the shortage of money is allegedly related to the fact that the national emergency medical service (INEM) has not yet reimbursed the bombeiros, who paid more than 2,000 euros for one of INEM’s ambulances to be fixed last month.
