Loulé’s MED festival is nominated for seven categories of the Iberian Festival Awards, including Best Medium-Sized Festival, Best Line-Up, Best Tourism Promotion, Best Cultural Programme, Contribution to Sustainability and Best Performance as well as the new category Best Portuguese and Hispanic Festival.
In last year’s awards, the MED festival won ‘Best Medium-Sized Festival’.
Voting is taking place online at https://pt.surveymonkey.com/r/ifa2018 until January 17. The winners will be announced at Forum Lisboa on March 15.
This year’s MED festival was said to have attracted more foreign visitors than ever before.
