FOLLOWING THE success of the open air evening cinema programme hosted across the borough of Loulé in July last year, Loulé Câmara is launching an indoor programme at various venues for winter, beginning this month and continuing until the end of February.
Films will be shown at community centres and at the headquarters of local social and sports associations, with each movie starting at 5pm.
On January 13, Finding Neverland, will be screened at the headquarters of Grupo Desportivo Ameixalense and on January 14, the Pink Panther will be shown at the António Aleixo community centre in Quarteira. On January 20, at the Casa do Povo in Querença, the film showing will be Big Fish.
On January 21, it is the turn of the Associação dos Amigos da Cortelha, which will be showing The Straight Story. Then, on January 27, Down with Love will be shown at the Centro Paroquial in Tôr. On January 28, Master and Commander starring Russell Crowe will be screened at the Vale Silves community centre and, on February 3, The Brothers Grimm will be shown at the Centro Paroquial de Salir. Finally, to close the programme, Proof will be shown at the Associação Social e Cultural of Almancil.
