Local produce on the table

A new series of gastronomic demonstrations is starting at the municipal market in São Brás de Alportel. Tomorrow morning (January 26), Chef Pedro Relvas, from the Pousada do Convento da Graça in Tavira, will be leading a cookery demonstration, which is open to all. He will be preparing two starters with smoked produce from the São Brás area. For main course, there will be codfish with Algarve-style broad beans and for dessert honey and rosemary pudding.
