Monchique-based artist Liz Allen is holding an Open Studio this Sunday, November 27 at Quinta Pintados in Chilrão, from 12 noon to 4pm.
Visitors will be able to browse through her paintings, prints and cards, as well as books by Lisa Selvidge.
Speaking of her latest painting (pictured), Liz Allen said: “This month’s painting is a watercolour – of an unburnt landscape near Marmelete – it has a feeling of stillness and of the sleepy autumnal dying down of vegetation. It’s my typical mountain landscape in my typical colours. I hope you like it.”
