Local artist Liz Allen is holding an Open Studio at Quinta Pintados, Chilrão, Monchique, on June 29 from 12 noon to 5pm.
Several paintings will be on display, including a re-work of a painting from 2012, which developed from drawings of the Lily Pond at the Caldas de Monchique (see picture).
The artist is also holding an exhibition at the Ochalá Casa de Chá in Monchique until September 30.
