Lagos will be hosting a book, arts and gastronomy fair at the Anel Verde car park between August 14 and September 1, from 7pm to midnight.
The event is aimed at attracting those interested in literature, but will also feature local and regional products ranging from crafts to sweets.
Entertainment will be a strong feature during the fair with many different shows, concerts and cinema sessions. A play area for the children will include many fun activities.
At the entrance to the event, organised by municipal company FuturLagos, an exhibition will explain the history behind the construction of the car park, namely archaeological aspects contributing to the better understanding of Portuguese Age of Discovery.
Entrance to the fair is free.
