The Lisbon Oceanarium registered a “slight decline” in the number of visitors in 2012, especially among foreign tourists, but Portuguese visitors continue to visit in healthy numbers, said the administrator João Falcato.
The Oceanarium received about 900,000 visitors last year, which João Falcato described as “ still a very positive outcome” in light of the current economic crisis.
