The gunman who left a young man fighting for his life in hospital this week has been arrested. The 25-year-old is accused of shooting his 26-year-old victim twice – once in the stomach and once in a leg – over what has been described by newspapers as a “settling of scores”. The incident took place on Saturday near Martim Moniz.
