Following A successful Garden Party in June, the Lions Clube de Loulé now has enough funds to provide a further three fire-protection suits for the Loulé Bombeiros.
Organisers would like to thank Clive Dunn, DJ Mike Bristow, Sr. Virgílio and Sra. Fátima of Restaurant Jardim do Vale, and the many supporters who have enabled the Lions Clube de Loulé to present, over the last two years, 15 fire-protection suits to the Bombeiros.
The next fundraising event is the September Sale on Sunday, September 17, from 9.30am until midday, at the Centro Comunitário in Almancil. On sale, at very reasonable prices, will be clothes, shoes, bric-a-brac, linen and books. Admission is free and refreshments will be available.
