“I don’t know how to express how relieved I am, and I know we are not alone.”, says Karen Carfrae, owner of Linen-etc. “In the 12 years Linen-etc has been established, this has been the most challenging year ever. We have all weathered the recessions, and Brexit, (that is still unfolding!) and now we all trust we can safely return to a new normal.”
In store they continue to follow strict procedures, so everyone remains safe. But if you are not ready, or choose not to visit their stores, they will deliver your order to you, free of charge, wherever you are in the Algarve, and you can place it by phone, e-mail or online on their website.
When you walk through the doors of Linen-etc.com you will find a bigger choice as, against all odds, they have increased their product range. Linen-etc moved their Budens store to Lagos in January, so now you’ll find a new spacious layout, with enough room to display their full range of products and keep you safe. And their Lagoa store is being revamped with new ranges also being added.
In keeping their policy of having all the new products manufactured in Portugal, the choice for Portuguese bedding, towels, throws and bedspreads is even bigger. They are launching a range of coloured bedding, which they will expand over the coming months as they learn from customers, what other colours they want. Their prices have not changed and their packaging is simple, so that you pay for the product only and they continue to reduce their impact on the environment.
Brexit has impacted people’s buying options a lot. If you have felt more confident buying from British textile suppliers in the past, be assured that Linen-etc.com use the same Portuguese manufacturers as the big textile suppliers in the UK, offer better prices, and products specifically manufactured to a higher quality (wash up to 60º), in both UK and European sizes.
They continue to offer you their best service and advice, and they can’t wait to see you again!
