Vila Vita Parc resort in Porches is starting a series of online coffee masterclasses which aim to teach people more about “this flavourful drink and how to bring it to the next level”.
The masterclasses will be led by the resort’s barista team and streamed live on the resort’s YouTube page at 5pm.
The first will be held today (May 19) and will focus on the process of choosing beans, as well as the many ways to grind them.
Learning how to make a “perfect cup of coffee” will be the theme of the second masterclass which will be held this Thursday (May 21), while the third will discuss the French Press and Chemex methods of brewing next Tuesday (May 26).
The last masterclass will take place next Thursday (May 28) and will focus on the Hario V60 coffee maker.
Those unable to watch the masterclasses live will be able to view them afterwards on the resort’s YouTube page.
