Learn how to make Algarvean Churra lamb stew

Further promoting the Algarve’s Churra lamb, Tavira council is holding a workshop on April 11 on how to make a stew out of it. The event costs €3 and takes place at Tavira’s municipal museum, at 10.30am. The council previously held a walk to teach people more about this threatened species.
