A cooking class on how to prepare meals using edible flowers will be led by Chef Inês Fernandes tomorrow (January 12) from 3pm in Faro.
Taking place at the Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve, the course is open to children and adults.
Chef Inês said: “Flowers, due to their richness in flavour and colour, are excellent food complements.”
Learn how to select edible flowers, preserve their gastronomic qualities and cook easy and tasty salads.
The Centro Ciência Viva do Algarve is located at Rua Comandante Francisco Manuel. Registration costs from €2 to €8 for a large family.
