A LAWYER who worked for disgraced solicitor Michael Lynn has filed court action seeking indemnity should any claims be made against his law firm.
Fiona McAleenan has brought proceedings against insurance group AIG claiming that professional indemnity insurance cover was effective and that she is entitled to be indemnified against any claims against the Michael Lynn practice.
Michael Lynn owes an estimated 80 million euros to various banks and insurance firms and there are currently more than 250 claims being made against him.
