CÂMARAS from across the Alentejo region will be hosting a week-long gastronomic festival based around lamb between March 17 and 23.
Many restaurants in the region will be adding traditional lamb dishes such as lamb soup and lamb chops with rosemary sauce to their menus throughout the week.
