The magic of Christmas is coming to Lagos Zoo which is offering Algarve residents a 50% discount on ticket prices for its annual Christmas celebration ‘Natalândia’ which will take place between December 6 and 31.
It will be a great opportunity to see the zoo’s 150 species of animals and also enjoy a wealth of Christmas entertainment, including games, face paintings, bouncy castles, a toy factory and much more.
And if you’ve ever wanted to feed a pelican, primate or penguin, then this is your chance. The zoo will be giving visitors a chance to do so on weekends at 11.30am, 3pm and 3.30pm.
Special Christmas shows are also planned for weekends at 11.45am and 2.30pm.
Lagos Zoo is located in Barão de São João. It is open every day from 10am to 5pm.
