A new purpose-built veterinary clinic, LVC (Lagos Vet Clinic), has opened in Lagos, close to the motorway exit 1 and the roundabout towards Luz.
The new surgery offers medical, surgical and preventative health care for pets including orthopaedic care, x-rays and other specialist equipment and is open from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and on Saturday between 10am and 12pm.
Consultations are made by appointment, with emergency cases taking priority.
Dr Lars Rahmquist, the director of surgery, is joined by a dedicated team in providing a full service to local residents and their pets. There is also a service for horses.
The team and guests celebrated the opening on October 27 with a tour of the new facilities.
The new address is Rua Tristão Cunha Lote 48 R/C Lagos.
