A neutering campaign for dogs and cats resulted in the sterilisation of 92 animals at Lagos’ municipal kennel last month.
The initiative included 39 dogs (26 female and 13 male) and 53 cats (35 female and 18 male) and was designed to control the borough’s stray animal population.
Operations were conducted by volunteer vets Ana Silva, Alexandra Azevedo, Claudio Sacchi, Heike Rautenberg, Lars Rammquist, Luis Branco, Sara Mendes, Tiago Marreiros and Vadym Petruk.
