A Summer Garden Party fundraiser for the 40-strong Escola de Dança de Lagos medal-winning dance team is taking place on Saturday, June 10 in a private garden in Torre, Lagos, from 2.30pm to 6.30pm. The aim is to help these talented youngsters on their road to Germany for the Dance World Cup Finals at the end of the month.

This is the third time hostess Mandi Keen has opened her garden to the dance school and parties are often praised for their informality while also being an opportunity to watch a presentation by the pupils.

Tickets cost €20 per person and include a buffet, entertainment and live music in an English-style garden. For ticket information, call 969 216 398 (Carolyn) or 914 634 542 (Telma).
