Pets || Bringing once again dog lovers and their four-legged friends together, the fourth edition of the Lagos ‘Cãominhada’ dog walk is taking place on September 21 at 9.30am. The starting point for the event is the Praça do Infante square, right in the Lagos city centre.
The initiative’s main goals are to promote quality time between people and their pets, raise awareness for animal abandonment and collect funds to help the Lagos Municipal Kennel, which is run with the help of animal charity Cadela Carlota & Companhia.
Those who wish to participate have to register until September 18 by sending an email to [email protected]. Although there is no participation fee, the organisation is asking for donations, including pet food, collars, cleaning products, vaccinations or deworming tablets.
