Capoeira athlete Ricardo Castro, from Lagoa, is Europe’s Capoeira champion for the second year in a row after winning the European Championship which took place between June 1 and 3 in Poland.
Teacher Sara Correia also placed first in the teacher category with her student ‘Plasticina’.
Associação de Capoeiragem Malta do Sul congratulated its athletes, commending them for continuing to invest in their growth despite the financial constraints of the association.
