Dear Editor,
The land opposite Aldi in Lagoa would have been perfect for a nature park open for the enjoyment and environmental education of the local people – i.e. always respecting the wildlife.
The more I think about it, the more I feel this would have been the best solution for the town, which desperately needs a bit of “green”.
Everywhere I look in Lagoa, I see “grey”. This particular area of the town, south of the EN125, has been marked in the PDM for industrial/business purposes, but aren’t there enough of this type of developments in the area? Another supermarket? Why? Does Lagoa need another supermarket?
Shame on you, Lagoa council …
