Lagoa will take part in the World Travel Market to be held between Monday, November 7 and Wednesday, November 9 in London.
It is described as the “leading global event for the travel industry to meet industry professionals and conduct business deals”.
With a 44 square metre stand, the Algarve town hopes to promote itself among tour operators and businesspeople from all over the world.
In a statement, the council said its stand will feature hotel groups based in Lagoa as well as some of the borough’s best wines.
The WTM is visited by an average of around 100,000 people.
