Lagoa firefighters have received a new ambulance to transport patients in emergency situations as well as a trailer with a water pump to be used during floods.
The equipment was purchased by the local council and delivered to the president of Lagoa’s firefighters association Joaquim Cintra Lima by Lagoa mayor Francisco Martins.
“We have been increasing our support of the Lagoa firefighters every year because we are aware of the importance of the services they provide,” Martins said.
