Lagoa and Carvoeiro’s parish union is offering free registration for pet dogs in 2019 as well as a free poop bag dispenser and flashlight.
The campaign aims to encourage people to register their dogs (even though doing so is mandatory by law) and also ensure that owners do not have an excuse to not clean up after their pets.
