A ‘ladies afternoon get-together’ in aid of Madrugada is being held at Bar Bacchus in Porches on Tuesday, November 8, at 4pm.
There will be tea, coffee and cakes for the guests, who are asked to contribute €6, of which €5 will be donated to the charity that supports people affected by life-limiting illness.
Alison Blair, founder of Madrugada, will be giving a talk on how and why she has become involved with the charity, its progress to date and plans for the future.
