Investment continues in the resort
Kronos Investment Group’s residential real estate promotion brand, has completed the development planned for 2020 for the Palmares – Ocean Living & Golf resort, located in Lagos, in the Algarve, by opening its new Clubhouse. With panoramic sea views, the Resort Clubhouse was designed by RCR Arquitectes, awarded the 2017 Pritzker Prize, the most prestigious international award in architecture. The new Palmares Clubhouse will be the meeting point for all those who want to enjoy the unique lifestyle of this resort, located between the bay of Lagos and the Alvor Estuary. The space has stunning ocean views, a restaurant, modern golf support infrastructures and full concierge services for golfers and property owners, as well as visitors.
The Clubhouse restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine, with full meals, but also lighter options and a tapas concept to enjoy with friends. A second restaurant — fine dining — will be opened in spring. Michelin-star chef, Louis Anjos leads the restaurant’s kitchen.
Signature Apartments — 50% sold
In addition to the opening of the new Clubhouse, the construction of the Signature Apartments, overlooking the golf course and the Alvor Estuary has also started and is progressing according to plan. Over 50% of the sales of these apartments have already been secured to national and international clients. The apartments are sold fully furnished and equipped, with two garage places and will include an Annual Golf Membership for two people. The construction of the luxury Signature Villas has also begun, with completion planned for summer 2021. Large plots for bespoke properties are also available and have seen an increase in demand.
