A WOMAN in southern China has become temporarily deaf in one ear after an excessively passionate kiss from her boyfriend.
According to the China Daily newspaper, the woman from Zhuhai, in the southern Guangdong province, went to hospital completely deaf in her left ear.
Doctor Li from the hospital said: “The kiss reduced pressure in the mouth, pulled the eardrum out and caused the breakdown of the ear.”
He added that the young woman’s hearing would likely return to normal in around two months.
